Each and every insurance plan differs, but our expert staff will help you identify your benefits and will also file your insurance claim for you. What Insurance Plans are Accepted?

StrideCare providers accept most insurance and Medicare plans. HMO patients will need a referral from their primary care physician (PCP). Below are some of the more popular health plans we accept.

What If Insurance Does Not Cover My Treatment Plan?

If your insurance does not cover your treatment plan, we can help with a financing plan. Our financing plan can be used like a credit card, where you are given a predetermined credit line that you can use to pay for your treatments and pay off monthly in chunks instead of all at once. This allows you to more easily afford your treatments without breaking your budget.

We Offer Flexible Financing Options

At StrideCare, we are proud to offer financing options to patients who need them. CareCredit®

CareCredit® gives our patients the flexibility to manage out-of-pocket expenses at their convenience. This plan can be used for dental care, cosmetic treatment, and vein procedures. StrideCare offers special financing for 12 months* on qualifying purchases of $200 or more made with your CareCredit credit card. Once you apply online or over the phone, you will receive an answer almost immediately.

CareCredit® also allows our patients to begin treatment even before getting their medical credit cards.
